So I haven't used my Vox since...August. Oh well, I'm here now ;)
I've had an English exam this morning and I'm going back to school in around 30 minutes to sit my Science exam. The exam this morning was ... hard :/ Atleast harder than what I'm used to. The questions didn't seem to relate to the piece of text we got at all and all the writing questions on section B were pretty lame. No short stories! *sigh* :( I think I did quite well in my English Literature exam though, so hopefully that'll boost up my grade. Maths eysterday was really hard too, I have a feeling I'm not gonna do too well in this Science one either, but I can only try my best. The RE exam on Monday was easy as hell and I'm pretty sure the ICT exam tomorrow will be okay.
I'm kinda...dreading Christmas. Strange, I know. I just feel...so busy and I don't want to have a break from school, because I know when I go back I'm going to get swamped with work again. I'd prefer to have no Christmas break so I could get all my schoolwork sorted. I'm sure it'll be fine though.
I actually have an interesting story anyway. Today, as I was walking out of the school gates to come home after the exam, this girl started talking to me and she knew my name :/ She's in my year group, but I've never spoken to her before, so you can imagine the look on my face when she said "Hey Matt, it's been ages since we spoke.." o_O I didn't know her name, nor did I recall speaking to her, but I politely replied "Yeah it has!". Luckily I was saved as my Dad turned up to pick me up. Phew.
A few days ago, Stacey and I decided to join Drowning MB. Although my initial concerns were with how long my eyes would last staring at the themes there, I got over it and decided an active message board is just that, even if the CSS hardly matches the themes.
I haven't posted since the first few posts I made the moment I joined. The topics don't really interest me, the themes, as mentioned, hardly match with the CSS that accompanies them and most of the people there seem to span from an age range of 5-13.
What really bugs me, is the setup of the board. The header template, the first thing that loads when you visit. The navigation table, if you will, looks out of place compared to the rest of the forum. It is borderless, where as all the other tables, seem to have a solid, 1px border. It looks messy. No if's or but's, it just dosn't match. The there's the cellpadding. There is probably 2px cell padding and I can't help but feel it would look a whole lot better if the amount of cellpadding was the same as everywhere else. Maybe it is? My eyes probably deceive me, because of the borderless state the navigation 'table' is in.
I make my way to the 'Today's Posts' page, to be met with threads labelled things such as "BOARD KILLER.", "NEOPETS." and wait for it, this one really takes the biscuit, "BLACK DICK???". There are numerous threads that follow this pattern of capitalized subjects. However, I don't feel the need to go on.
I have only one question for not only the board owner, the members, but those that post the threads like that and take an interest in the board: WHY!? Is there something I am missing? Do you get a cookie when you sign up? I know I certainly didn't. There are probably a good few boards out there that offer better conversation, themes and a better look. Did I say few? There are LOADS!
Why the hell people post there instead of other forums, really is beyond me.

My favorite subject is Sociology. It's interesting, my teacher is hot and I get to hang out with my friends! :)
Man I have a headache.
Last 'night' I had a really weird dream. I don't remember most of it, but it was probably triggered by Stacey and I talking about well..dreams yesterday. All I remember is my vision going funny in the dream and having like a fit then turning around to see my mum stood at the side of the bed. Then I woke up from the dream and my mum was stood at the side of my bed, for real :| She told me she was going to help my sister move into her new pub. My sister has been the manager of two pubs already, but she's going to be managing another new one and living in it. Free alcohol <3
I really ought to get dressed, 2.17PM :\ I only got up about an hour ago though, LOL. Plus I'm home alone so nobody can see me anyway! I need to get working on my sleeping pattern, I really, really do XD
If any UK people are reading, did you watch the X Factor? (This is a stupid question becase a) nobody reads this and b) It probably won't let you comment even though I set it to 'Everyone'.) Man, last year I absolutely hated that show, you could tell that a lot of the auditions were staged and particularly chosen just so people would watch the show, but this year seems cool so far. There was a lot of funny people as usual, but nothing so exaggerated as last year.
Back to school in about two and a half weeks, meh. I haven't bought any school supplies or anything. In fact, I didn't last year. I spent my whole year using one of those crappy pen's that the teacher gives you :| This year I need to do good, in my modular exams last year my average result was a D. I'm predicted A/B, so you can see how badly I was doing. It got worse to the end of the year, I just didn't care at all. To be honest, I didn't have any books or anything to revise from though. This year I'm gonna sit my ass down and do some bloody work. I don't want to be a binman. Not that there's anything wrong with it. But yeah...you know.

I was debating whether to open up bullet-theory.org earlier today. I decided against it. I'm too lazy to even think about updating on a regular basis and making content etc. I do miss CSS though. I miss it so much earlier I coded a layout that Kelaal made me ages ago and revamped the CSS XD It looks pretty cool, shame it won't go to use.
Anyway. Yesterday I came back from camping. It was okay I guess. I ate hardly anything all week so I got home and bought myself a KFC. A few hours later I ordered up the pizza place and ordered pizza for takeout, I'm so going to turn fat one day XD Whilst we were away, my older sister came and looked after the house. She doesn't live here anymore so I think she enjoyed it. When we got home the house was a right mess, there was baby food and all sorts everywhere :\ Then, because we returned home a day early, she slept last night and caught me up at 1AM. My sleep schedule is so messed up, for some strange reason I managed to get up before 12PM today though, it feels like such a rarity.
